Missing the Party

From home footage and memory, I brought the house parties of my childhood, sourced from 1998-2002 when my family were young immigrants in Los Angeles. It feels fitting that this exhibition takes place in a former nightclub, a space once filled with music, movement, and lingering energy. In a way, the ghosts of past gatherings merge with my own, making this house party feel both haunting and alive.
