RAZR and U

RAZR and U draws inspiration from the 2000s Motorola Razr flip phone in the form of an upscaled stained glass replica. Integrated within the piece is a live camera feed displaying its viewers, speaking to the nature of technological surveillance and our human self-awareness in our interactions with cameras and phones. Through these phone works, I’m exploring the allure of past technologies and the complex relationship between nostalgia, authenticity, and the ever-evolving digital landscape.
