In Search of Aliens

In Search of Aliens is a video work rooted in my family’s personal history, drawing from tapes of my family life in the 90s and 2000s, the same time as my dad’s journey to encounter UFOs. The footage captures his wonder and humor. Through my interaction with his footage, I reimagine and re-contextualize these moments in the present, blending them with new footage, animations, and collages. This work reflects on how family narratives evolve over time, crossing timelines and generations, while still remaining connected through shared stories and dreams.
